The latest investigation into the killing of the Saudi youth, Rajeh Al-Harthi, whose body was found inside his apartment in the Nozha district of Cairo, revealed that the perpetrators of the crime were theft target.

The defendants attempted to drug him by consuming alcoholic substances, with the intention of stealing it after they learned of his intention to return to Saudi Arabia, but he was not affected by their attempt to anesthetize him.

The victim was subjected to several stab wounds with a white weapon, which led to his immediate death. After that, the two defendants stole his belongings and disposed of the clothes they were wearing, and the knife used to perpetrate the incident, by throwing them in an empty plot of land.
