Consultation on sexual violence damage received by SNS The Cabinet Office started on a trial basis December 11, 4:35

In order to support women who have suffered from sexual violence, the Cabinet Office has begun trials of its first efforts to receive consultation through SNS.

According to a survey conducted by the Cabinet Office on sexual violence, one out of 13 women was forced to have sexual intercourse against their will, and about 60% of these women said they did not consult anyone. I am answering, and how to provide consultation support is an issue.

The Cabinet Office started on October 10 for the first time to receive consultation through SNS in order to make it easier for young women to consult.

Female staff engaged in support activities for victims of sexual violence respond to consultations through the LINE and Facebook from a dedicated site named “CureTime”.

Consultation will be conducted on a trial basis until the 24th of this month, and the Cabinet Office will consider full-scale implementation from the next fiscal year on the basis of the results.

Reception hours are from noon to 3 pm, and in Hokkaido, Kyoto and Shimane, it is accepted from 4 pm to 10 pm.
