The father of a Chiba prefectural government official was arrested on suspicion of injury for scolding the face of his four-month-old eldest son. Mr. Kenji Ishiya (23), a member of the General Affairs Department of Chiba Prefecture, was arrested.
According to the police, suspect Ishiya was suspected of being injured in late November when he was injured by hitting the face of his four-month-old eldest son in his house in Sakusabu, Inage-ku, Chiba.
On the 5th, a hospital in Chiba City confirmed that the eldest son's head and chest bones were broken and contacted the Child Guidance Center. It means that it was admitted.

According to the police, the suspect Ishiya lived with his wife and eldest son, and he said to the investigation that he “had screamed so hard that he did not stop crying”.
