The legacy of the first two is the main title of the celebration of the 48th UAE National Day at Zayed Sports City Stadium this year, a choice that does not need to be explained. The vision of our leadership from day one was to learn lessons, build on the positive aspects, and develop what it takes.

- Our national wealth data,

And extract the force

The underlying ones are not complete

Only by linking times.

We celebrate 48 years of the UAE's birth, and in the joy of the occasion I see it as a celebration of cumulative achievements and experiences we read today as data that we learned how to be better every day. From the successes and projects, the newspapers were a window on the legacy of the first two showcasing achievements to express the joy of a country with what has been achieved.

Newspaper supplements, although limited in number, were rich in my opinion, because they were data that tell the story of the UAE year after year, and each page as a dataset gives more significance when we move to another page.

But real state data has been and is kept and exchanged in many ways between government institutions, and between government and private, such as statistical data, annual performance reports and many more.

Because these efforts have always been driven by the UAE's goals and strategies, the UAE National Day has come.

In recent years, the world has moved to a new direction in terms of data, as a result of the development of science and technology and material and moral value. So in the moments of data that coincide with National Day, I see that the 48 years of data when we link them together on unified digital platforms, and under the strategies launched by the leadership, will have the impetus for the achievements are double the achievements of what we have achieved so far. One of these efforts is to complete the general framework for opening and sharing data at the state level, which will allow linking the legacy of the first two with the reality of our state today and tomorrow, to complete the map of achievements since the birth of the Union until now.

Our statements are one of our national treasures, and the statement of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him: «Who has no past, has no present and no future». Extracting the power inherent in the data can only be accomplished by linking times, and this wealth will not only affect us in the UAE, but it will be one of the most important tools of positive UAE influence in the world around us, in addition to providing experiences that serve as a model for others. Every national day and our data are richer, richer and meaningful, and the national days of the next decade are based on 48 years of data.
