It is the community Osebol at the clear river in northern Värmland that is portrayed in Marit Kapla's book of the same name. A journalistic poem bag where 40s interviews with residents, young and old, form the basis of the depiction of life in the village.

- I have lived in Gothenburg since 1998 and I have noticed the debate about country and city, and that it has become more intense. I felt that Osebol, and places like Osebol, became more and more obscure places that fewer know anything about, says Marit Kapla and continues:

- Once I got the idea that the best way to write about Osebol is to talk to those who live there now, everything became really fun. It was fun to come back, hear the dialect and meet new and old neighbors. Then it became very fun and unpredictable.

Kapla: "Everyone is equally important"

Thanksgiving from the stage went a long way. With both first and last name, Marit Kapla addressed her address to the residents of Osebol who participated in the book.

- Many people have been important to me in this book work. So instead of thanking a few with first and last names and then just mention the 42 who are in the book, I wanted to say first and last name to everyone. Everyone is equally important, says Marit Kapla.
