After 4 pm on the 17th, a passenger car broke out of the center line on Yurajuku National Route 9 in Hokuei Town, Tottori Prefecture, and had a frontal collision with a passenger car running in the opposite lane.
In this accident, Mr. Masaaki Sakuma (94) and Mr. 123 three (87) of his wife from Kagano-cho, Okayama, who were riding in the seat behind the car out of the center line, were taken to the hospital. Each death was confirmed approximately one hour later.
