The number of applicants to Stockholm University's journalism education has decreased by more than 50 percent since 2013. When 2 433 people applied for the program, this year the figure stands at 1,070.
The newspaper has examined the number of applicants, the number of admitted and the degree and higher education credits for those admitted to the bachelor's programs in journalism at the University of Gothenburg, Stockholm University, Linnaeus University, Luleå University of Technology, Mid Sweden University, Södertörn University, Mid Sweden University and the Journalism Program.
