Celebrity can have setbacks, especially when you call yourself Alain Delon. Guest of the Wild crew Friday afternoon on Europe 1, the cartoonist of the Cat, Philippe Geluck, has revealed some anecdotes on the mastodon of French cinema.
"You Belgian, your mouth"
Everything starts when one day, Philippe Geluck intervenes in a conversation between Alain Delon and Mireille Darc. "Alain Delon told me, 'You Belgian, your mouth,' he says. A few months later, when he just finished a number of Chat , the designer has the idea to give him the title that was "kindly offered by Alain Delon". He takes his phone and calls his producer to ask the actor for permission.
"And I am the pope!"
The days go by and Philippe Geluck receives a call: "Hello, it's Alain Delon", he hears on the other end of the line. But then he thinks of a hoax and the actor is forced to prove that it is indeed him. "Later, he told me that it happened to him all the time: he calls, introduces himself, and we answer him 'And I'm the pope!', Before hanging up purely and simply" in the nose of the actor.
