He was charged in August with taking a woman to the breasts at a New York bar in early summer. The latest case concerns a woman at a nightclub in the same city in early September. He appeared in court on Thursday, refusing to commit a crime.
In total, Gooding Jr can now be tried in three different cases, one of which has been reported as a civil case. Twelve other women have gone out in the media and accused him of cheating, biting or trying to kiss them at clubs and bars as far back as 2001.
In the first case, the judge has decided that there will be a trial, but now it will be until January before deciding whether to include the new case in the negotiations.
Gooding Jr has denied the crime and said he has done no wrong, CNN writes.
