A British woman lost her life after two breast augmentation and tummy tucks at the same time, on the advice of a doctor who convinced her that it was a better option to save money.
Investigations revealed that Louise Harvey (36 years), a mother of three children, died of several strokes, after undergoing operations from the hospital "Riverside" in London took three hours.
The victim's mother revealed to the Daily Mail newspaper that her daughter suffered strokes in her lungs and heart, and said the clinic's doctors offered no explanation for what happened when they called to offer condolences.
The pathologist said Louise was not given a second dose of anticoagulant, although the doctor knew Louise's family history of stroke.
