The rape-accused former movie mogul has been released on bail pending trial and has made few public appearances lately. But this week he showed up at Actor's hour - a New York talent club for musicians, directors, actors, comedians and writers.

Weinstein sat at a table with several young women and two bodyguards. His presence was noticed by comedian Kelly Bachman during his performance, which compared Weinstein to the serial killer in the horror movies "Terror on Elm Street".

"There's a Freddy Kreuger in the room," she said from the scene.

Two other female comedians joined Bachman and asked Weinstein to leave the club. However, everyone did not agree and the three comedians were bowed out, crocheted and themselves asked to leave. But the women were also greeted by applause from parts of the audience.
