How do we view the world in light of the achievements and developments, in various aspects of economic, urban and commercial life, as well as humanity, after a long development experience spanning more than forty-eight years since the founding of the Union State? Has the State been able to build an international reputation in various forums? Has it attracted investment and tourism as a leader in the region?

One does not hesitate to answer these questions with a 'yes'. We are not going to track achievements, enumerate them and mention them because they are scientific and statistical facts that are known to all. However, the passion for knowledge makes you look between the lines, because in the end we are not alone in this vast world. Our country has opened its arms to the world and has wisely decided to lead development in the region. From this standpoint, the real value of the issue of "reputation building" is evident, because maintaining it may be more difficult to build in light of the tensions, divisions and turmoil that plague the world.

Given my interest in this topic, I discussed with some friends their point of view and asked them the same question:

- How do others look at us?

- Responding to a friend: Why the excessive interest in the reputation of the Western media trying to devote us, because we are confident of our achievements and we are on the right track, no matter how much effort we can not satisfy them, for the obvious reason is that the competitor is not satisfied with the result, does not acknowledge defeat and will work to reduce It seeks to discredit you as long as you have achieved a great degree of excellence. This is the state of the world! Civilizations are continuous but receding or progressing according to the circumstances of the times.

Ultimately, Arabs and the Middle East have a certain reputation and stereotype in the Western imagination that cannot be easily changed.

- The other said: Yes, our reputation in the world as a leading model of civilization and enlightenment in the region, and this makes us proud of our country, and we must strengthen this good reputation because it has positive returns on us in all respects.

- One of them added that your question is of the easy type of refraining, because humans do not meet the opinion or idea.

There are those who say that development, construction and urbanization are not the whole story. There must be scientific and cultural inventions. But we still have a weakness in both the scientific and cognitive aspects. This is what the West says about us, because it exports science and knowledge to us as consumers. Perhaps our real renaissance will be in our transformation into producers of these sciences and knowledge.

I told him: I agree with you on many points but I disagree with you in some details. There are cultural projects, intellectual heritage and science centers that have achieved remarkable humanitarian achievements, which must be stopped and proud of them at all levels. We are not passing through history, but have managed to leave our mark in a short period of time, and we have surpassed many of those who preceded us. Perhaps the secret of our success is our decision to live in the arms of the future under informed and informed leadership.

How others view us is an important debate, and I think we have a lot of potential and we may be more qualified to change the stereotype by working on real scientific and cultural projects that serve the next stage. Science, culture and knowledge Modern-day weapons by which we can innovate a knowledge society, is a bulwark against savage attacks.

Perhaps we should change the wording of the question a little, to have another answer, we should ask: Why the world turned to us now?

We are not passing through history but have been able to leave our mark in a short time.
