“From 12:00 p.m. on October 12, with preservation until 00:00 p.m. on October 13, strengthening of the south-west wind is expected in gusts of 13-18 meters per second,” the press service said.
The rescue department recommended during strong winds to bypass billboards and rickety structures and not to hide under the trees.
Earlier in Moscow and the Moscow region declared a "yellow" level of weather hazard.
