A Russian businessman was stunned by a business conference after throwing money worth up to 20,000 dollars to the public.
Wealthy businessman Igor Rybakov, a 47-year-old Russian construction magnate, told the conference he wanted to help young Russian entrepreneurs start and succeed, the Daily Mail reported.
The video showed a group of conference attendees flocking to pick up the money the businessman threw into the air at the Gazprom Arena conference room in St. Petersburg.
Ribakov revealed that his remuneration for his speech at the People's Forum was $ 200,000, so he decided to distribute $ 20,000 to attendees.
