The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by Mediaset Spain against the judgment of the Provincial Court of Madrid on the contract signed with the ITV producer, in relation to the broadcasting rights of the 'Pasapalabra' program and will have to cease "immediately" the broadcast of the program presented by Christian Gálvez.

The Provincial Court agreed to condemn Telecinco to "cease immediately" the issuance of the format, being also prohibited "to resume in the future, the broadcast, edition, production, reproduction, public communication, distribution, transformation and all and any other form exploitation, for yes or through third parties, of the 'Pasapalabra' program, as well as of any other television program that has an identical or similar format to that of the 'Pasapalabra' program or that has the designation 'Pasapalabra' ".
