After Youtube, comedian Vérino embarks on a new adventure. The concept is called Verino on Demand (VOD), a website on which its videos and shows are broadcast. The pay platform of the humorist has just been born. The goal: to allow his audience to follow him even if his shows are all complete.
A thirst for freedom
The goal is also, for this artist revealed on Youtube, to keep a link with the Internet, which saw it born. "I discovered freedom with Youtube, being able to make a career without going to TV is very comfortable for a comedian", explains Vérino, at the microphone of Philippe Vandel on Europe 1. "We are not afraid to learn in the end in the season that the show ends VOD allows me to broadcast my shows myself with the duration that I want to impose since in television we are calibrated.
The comedian is always followed on the Internet since his Youtube channel has 400,000 subscribers. But the artist does not neglect the scene. Four times a week, the public finds him on the boards of Point Virgule, Paris, where Verino "tests his valves". He is also touring all over France but also in Switzerland and Belgium, until June 2020.
