According to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, off the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, four ships of the Chinese Coast Guard are navigating the connecting waters just outside the Japanese territorial waters.
As of 3:00 pm on the 31st, two of the four vessels are sailing approximately 35 kilometers east of Kuba Island in the Senkaku Islands, and the other two are sailing approximately 32 kilometers northwest of Uotsuri Island. We continue to warn and monitor to keep away from the territorial waters.
