From September 10, Philippe Torreton will be Galileo in the play Life of Galileo . The actor will play the famous scientist in this play written by Bertolt Brecht, author of which he praises Anne Roumanoff on Europe 1 Friday.

"It's one of the masterpieces of humanity, a huge piece," says the comedian. Philippe Torreton is full of praise for La vie de Galilée , "a piece that is a sort of scientific thriller".
The comedian goes so far as to compare Galileo's Life to Hamlet by William Shakespeare. At the microphone of Europe 1, Philippe Torreton draws a parallel between the two authors.
