JAL International Passenger Aircraft Returned to Narita Airport by door vibration, August 29, 00:00

On the night of the 28th, there was a trouble returning to Narita as one of the doors abnormally vibrated due to the sound of a Japanese aircraft leaving Narita Airport heading for Thailand and leaking air. There are no injuries and Japan Airlines is investigating the cause.

According to Japan Airlines etc., passenger flight etc. complained when the sound of air leaking inside the aircraft after the flight of Boeing 787 and the Boeing 787 aircraft took off from Narita Airport before 8pm on the 28th. Confirmed that the front door on the right side of the aircraft was abnormally vibrating.

Although there was no drop in the air pressure inside the aircraft, this flight decided to return to Narita when it reached the Kii Peninsula, and landed before 10:00 pm.

The total number of passengers and passengers was 189, but no investigation was made after the arrival.

Japan Airlines commented, “I will try to investigate the cause and prevent recurrence”.
