As part of the UAE's drive to enhance institutional excellence, the Juma Al Majid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai organized a workshop entitled "Total Quality Practices and Building Institutional Excellence" in Dubai yesterday. The workshop was attended by 42 qualified trainees and trainees. From government and private agencies. The workshop came in two parts, the first is the comprehensive quality practices, where the trainer began to explain the concept of quality, the concept of quality and the overall difference between them, and the historical stages experienced by the process of quality to ISO 9001 ». Then we address the principles of TQM that maintain a balanced and consistent quality system. In the second part of the workshop, emphasis was placed on building institutional excellence, explaining its concept, its components and the requirements for its achievement, while reviewing the European, American and Japanese model for achieving institutional excellence. The workshop concluded with a model of government excellence in the UAE, which is based on three axes: innovation, possibilities and vision.
