A Russian woman has learned of the death of her 10-year-old son through a photo sent by residents of the neighborhood to Sunset and Attab, according to the British Mirror.

The neighbors sent a picture of the child's body before the mother learned what had happened.

The boy died with an electric shock of 13,000 volts while playing with the children of the district in the Novosibirsk region of Prussia, where the family had recently moved.

It was later found that some of the workers who were doing maintenance work in the area left an electric wire in the open, exposing them to 10 years in prison according to Russian law.
