Emirates Air Cargo has flown 91 horses to take part in the World Championships tour in Shanghai on May 3 and 5. The tanker was used by Emirates Equine to transport horses, ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment throughout the trip. The horses were transported from Belgium on two Boeing 777 cargo planes assigned to the mission.

The horses were carried on special platforms to the aircraft to ensure smooth transport. And put two horses on each platform, equivalent to the degree of business. The platforms are equipped with mesh windows to allow horses to be fed during the trip. The horses are trekked with utmost care, accompanied by specialists with veterinarians.

Emirates Air Cargo has worked with Peden Bloodstock Ltd, a horse transportation company, to ensure that it gets the best care before, during and after the flights to take part in the World Tour of Longines Championships in Shanghai. The horses returned with Emirates Air Cargo to Belgium after the conclusion of the tour.
