The Ministry of Culture talked about violations in the security system of the four largest museums

“Despite the positive assessment of the work of institutions in this area, some irregularities were identified. Revealed - the result of flaws in the museums themselves, and the divisions of the Russian Guard, ”the report indicates.

It is noted that following the results of the inspections, recommendations will be made on the creation of conditions ensuring the safety of museum exhibits.

Earlier, the director of the Tretyakov Gallery Zelfira Tregulova told about plans to install the third line of defense on all exhibits of the museum at the expense of sponsors.

On February 11, it was reported that the Ministry of Culture of Russia will conduct an inspection of security systems at the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the Hermitage and the Russian Museum, and other museums in the first half of 2019 by March.
