The fourth episode of the "Prince of Poets" program was held in its eighth season, with a number of distinctive poems, authentic songs and poetic correspondence, at the Al Raha Beach Theater in Abu Dhabi last night.

The inauguration of the episode witnessed the announcement of the names of the poets who qualified for the third episode after collecting the result of the votes of those who followed the grades of the jury. The Emirati Sheikha Al-Mutairi was able to overcome this stage thanks to her grades which reached 73 degrees, and also qualified Bahraini poet Ali Hassan Ibrahim Salman to stage Second after receiving 55 degrees.

The workshop was hosted by the Emirati artist Abdullah Al-Mutairih Al-Nuaimi, who delighted the audience with the song "Love of the Emirates" written by Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the Federal Authority for Land and Maritime Transport, Eng. Abdullah Belheif Al Nuaimi.

In a match between the poetry of Al-Fasih and Nabatiyy, the Amir of Poets hosted the Sudanese poet Rawda Al-Haj and Emirati Batul Al Ali.

Four other poets, Ahmed Mohammed Asiri (Saudi Arabia), Abdulsalam Haj Najib (Syria), Wahba Al-Faki (Egypt) and Yara Al-Hijjawi (Jordan) competed during the first episode yesterday. The poets presented their poems to the members of the jury composed of Dr. Ali bin Tamim, Dr. Salah Fadl, and Dr. Abdulmalek Mortada. The result was in favor of the Syrian poet Abdul Salam Haj Naguib, who read a text that won the highest score of the jury that awarded him 47 degrees, followed by al-Faqqi by 45 degrees, then Assiri by 43 degrees, and Hajawi by 41 degrees.

As Abdel Salam qualified for the second stage of the competition, the rest of the poets started their journey with the week-long waiting period. The two poets who will be able to get the highest two qualifications to join their teammates who qualified for the second stage during the four episodes are announced.

He was the first poet to sing on stage Ahmed Asiri, who presented his poem «on the chair of a moonlit beach». Hiba al-Feki read her poem "Mawal Ashak for the Fantasy Female" and Yara Al-Hijjawi the text of "Mountain Wedding for Coast Wedding".
