Golds Gym, which runs 24 clubs in the UAE and Oman, organizes a number of free sports activities during the 30 x 30 Fitness Challenge in various areas in the UAE, including Dubai Festival City, which witnessed the opening ceremony yesterday, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai International Financial Center and Kite Beach, with the closing ceremony at Park Tower. The Center also offers free training sessions in seven different clubs in Al Barsha, Business Village in Deira and Ibn Battuta Gate. The club will also host more than 100 free sessions during the Dubai Fitness Challenge to motivate people who do not participate in sports.
