The teenager who had pointed a dummy weapon on his teacher, in October, in Creteil, and the one who had filmed the scene, passed in disciplinary council, Tuesday evening.

The sanctions of the educational community have fallen. At the end of a disciplinary council that lasted more than three hours on Tuesday, November 6, at the Édouard-Branly high school in Créteil (Val-de-Marne), two students were "permanently excluded from the school" , indicated the rectorate.

These two students, aged 16, became infamous after a video was broadcast, fired by one, showing the other standing in a classroom threatening their teacher with a (dummy) pistol asking him to write it "present" and not "absent" in a class.

Pictures behind #PasDeVague

The images, filmed on October 18 and broadcast on social media, sparked the indignation of the political class and led the government to adopt a plan of action to be presented in December.

At the same time, many teachers had testified on the social networks, with the hashtag #PasDeVague, to denounce school violence and the silence of their hierarchy in front of certain acts committed in the establishments.

The rectorate of the academy of Créteil indicates this Tuesday that an educational follow-up will be put in place, to ensure the re-schooling of the two excluded high schools.

Three teens put on exams

The main protagonist has been indicted for "aggravated violence" and is subject to temporary restraints. He had to leave the department of Val-de-Marne. The person who filmed and broadcast the video was also indicted, as was another teenager for rebroadcasting the footage.
