The future will not need only to specialists, and will not benefit with knowledge or favoritism, there will be room to hire non-qualified, because they will not be able to keep up with technology, and will not be able to deal with sophisticated technology and computer programming needs.

It is very difficult, so we need to start preparing for it today, and start implementing the future operating strategy, based on the prospect of future jobs and specialties, and feeding today's students with the skills and basic capabilities needed for the coming period, are we ready ?!
