With Laurent Gerra and Michel Fugain, Laetitia Milot is one of the patients tonight of the medical office of Michel Cymes. The actress, who has just published a new book, will confide in the novelty of France 2, It will not leave here.

Revealed by Plus belle la vie , actress Laetitia Milot publishes the book illustrated with photos My key to happiness (Éditions First). She is the guest this Wednesday, Michel Cymes on France 2 . Interview.

How did you experience your real false consultation with Dr. Cymes?

My mother is a nurse, I am used to rubbing shoulders with doctors and I am not hypochondriac, so everything went well! ( Laughs. ) The concept of It will not come out of here is cheeky, very original, because it's another way to talk about "health" on TV. We are entitled to a small medical questionnaire. On the other hand, it's the fact of going on TV that has stressed me ...

Why is that ?

I am extremely intimidated when I have to go on a show because I am no longer hidden behind a role or character. I do myself violence to comply with this exercise. And, besides, I put myself all the pressure for Michel, which I appreciate very much, because it launches a new concept. It's a show that looks like him. I had already done Le Magazine de la santé , on France 5 , with him to evoke endometriosis. It remains a fight, I do not let go of anything and I also talk about it in It will not come out of here, of course.

You have just published My key to happiness , a book where you give your advice for everyday life ...

These are indeed all my tips classified by themes: health, couple, work, mental, etc. It is also a gift for my audience, I wanted to thank them for having supported me during the ten years of fight against endometriosis, to have a child. "Thank you" is not a strong enough word. Without them, I would be nothing. Sometimes I was told on the street or by courier that I was giving people strength. I say that they are the ones who give me strength! They really wear me.

In the book, you talk about your "green" fiber: organic make-up, vegetable leather handbags, white vinegar household products, etc.

The future of the planet worries me, I was very marked by the documentary A new day on Earth, of which Lambert Wilson is the narrator. We are destroying our planet. Every small gesture counts, that's what I humbly try to convey in the book.

It will not be out of here at 10:40 pm on France 2
