In Istanbul, a Turkish military helicopter has fallen into a residential area. Four soldiers of the crew were killed and another injured, the state news agency Anadolu said, citing the provincial governor Ali Yerlikaya.
The helicopter crashed during a practice flight on a road between multi-story buildings. Residents were in the district Sancaktepe on the Asian side of the city after first findings not to be damaged.
In pictures, the almost completely destroyed wreck was visible. Helpers hurried to the crash site. The cause of the accident is so far unclear.
