Social networking sites have caused many complaints from users of iPhones and Apple devices that their software is experiencing serious problems.

The Apple ID accounts in their phone operating systems suddenly disappeared from the system, and then the operating system asked them to re-enter the account data and change the password.

Users said the problem started when they entered the new password. They were surprised that the phone system did not recognize the account, so they were unable to access iMessage, iCloud and Apple Music, update applications on the phone or download new applications.
