In Freiburg eight men sit because of the urgent suspicion of rape in custody. They are between 19 and 29 years old and are said to have passed away on 14 October in front of a Freiburg discotheque to a young woman, said the police headquarters and the prosecutor Freiburg.
The 18-year-old got her information according to the discotheque of a man a drink. The investigators assume that drugs were mixed into the drink. To which substances it was, is so far unclear.
Around midnight, the 18-year-old left by his own account with the man the club. In a bush he is said to have raped her. Subsequently, more, until then unknown perpetrators of the now defenseless wife would have passed. She should have been stunned.
The young woman filed a complaint. Six days after the crime, police arrested a 19-year-old Syrian in a refugee camp. According to police, she brought a DNA match on his trail.
Further investigations eventually led to seven other suspects, six Syrians and one German. The police do not rule out that more people were involved in the crime.
According to the investigators, all suspects were arrested in the city of Freiburg and in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald. Almost all of them were already in police appearance, among other things because of assault charges.
