It often happens that we are confused, when it comes to making a decision to go somewhere to spend time with family or friends, and be more perplexed when going to a store filled with dozens of similar products in a similar, quality form.

Even when shopping electronically (for example Amazon), even though there is no one who explains the characteristics of the product, we go into a cycle of confusion again, when we find more than one product, because each of them has dozens of opinions from other buyers. The views are contradictory about one product.

Also soak in confusion, when we go to a restaurant and find dozens of choices in the menu and drinks. Being confused as a result of the large number of options or options that are the subject of psychological studies, and affects the human condition of paralysis in the decision-making mechanism.

The results of the large supply that a person makes a decision not to buy, or to refrain from going to public places, to avoid becoming confused, an uncomfortable feeling of mind dispersion. The human being is an object who likes to settle matters quickly. Being in a state of confusion is not insignificant, and a person may be deprived of sleep, and the focus is weakened by a great deal of thinking about it, which turns into serenity or awakening dreams.

When you go with family or friends, it is best to suggest a maximum of two or three places, leaving them a choice or helping them to take it. The best decision is to sit at home or meet in a youth council, and this is exactly what I do so that I do not end up hanging around in a shopping mall without guidance, and because I do not like to get confused about something, The best decision is quick.

The more choices the decision-making process takes, and the more effort we need to gather the information needed to make a decision to buy a good product, but the lower the level of satisfaction we have about the product, and look at the fear of regret after the purchase.

Physical fatigue is also included in the equation. When you are stressed, you store your energy and make the purchase decision based on one factor: the price (meaning your goal is to finish quickly and leave), instead of looking at the product's advantages. Or when you go to buy clothes and you're overworked and the models are racing, you cut the whole process by choosing the old model, although before you were tired you might have intended to look at other models.

If you were in a restaurant with the family, you would be guided to decide what they wanted to eat, while the children gave them only two options and let them choose from them. When you go to a store it is best to set your budget, then confine yourself to two types of product, if other options are similar. Studies have shown that imposing restrictions on yourself in the selection process helps you reach a decision with some creativity.

So get confused, when it comes to making a decision to go somewhere, to spend time with family or friends. Abdullah Al-Qamzi
