A 43-year-old man died in a stabbing on the street in Cologne. The man suffered in the night of Sunday in a dispute between two groups in the district Mülheim fatal stab wounds, as the police said. A 21-year-old suspect and a 33-year-old companion were arrested.
According to the police, the groups had clashed on the Viennese square in Mülheim, initially for unknown reasons. When the dispute escalated, the 21-year-old has stabbed, according to witnesses with a knife. He then fled with his 33-year-old companion.
Both were arrested shortly thereafter. The drunk 21-year-old officials found a knife. His injured companion was taken to the hospital.
