In the process of the so-called murder without corpse, the district court of Bremen acquitted the defendant. The court followed the pleadings of defense and prosecutors.

The 58-year-old was accused of killing his former partner in 1993 and hiding her body. There was no evidence for that. There is no trace of the woman. A corpse was never found.

For the investigation, the police had pumped out a complete lake at Schwanewede to look for tathin ways. However, nothing was found in this action.
