A recent American medical study that eating bananas on a daily basis helps to protect the human body from stroke and heart attack fatal, the fact that the potassium found in many of the disposal of the arteries of harmful deposits that accumulate over time.

Researchers from the University of Alabama in their study relied on a sample of mice at high risk of having a heart attack.

The mice with low levels of potassium had problems with the arteries, while mice with higher potassium levels were healthier.

Despite the importance of bananas, experts warn that too many of them lead to stomach pain, as well as diarrhea and nausea.

The British public health service recommends consuming 3,500 milligrams of potassium daily, but two bananas only account for a quarter of this rate.

Experts have also advised to compensate for the shortfall by attracting other foods such as potatoes, black broccoli, fish and poultry.
