With all the deceleration of the city of Brandenburg, there was always a certain amount of unrest in the easternmost of all "police station" districts. Already eight years ago, Maria Simon joined the thriller series as Commissioner Olga Lenski and had to get involved again and again in comprehensive changes: First the long-standing "police call" -side kick Horst Krause got off the bus. moved the Polish border to the Oder, where Simon was the actor Lucas Gregorowicz as the new co-star actor by the side.

Now the RBB announced the farewell to Maria Simon. The decision was therefore with Maria Simon, who according to the press release reasons her exit that she wants to develop as an actress. But Lucas Gregorowicz will continue in his role as Polish investigator Adam Raczek.
There are still three joint missions with Simon and Gregorowicz. In 2020, Simon will give her farewell performance at the Brandenburg police station with her 17th case.
