Because of the death of a pupil trainee on a farm in Lower Bavaria, the police investigates a 28-year-old. The man had driven a cyclist, who was involved in the industrial accident, as the investigators now told.
The deadly incident had occurred when the 16-year-old intern and the twelve-year-old employee carried out cleaning work on a chaff transport vehicle. The teenager, according to the police, got caught between the transport car and the wheel loader. The student suffered severe head injuries, which he succumbed to.
Against the driver of the wheel loader is now determined because of the suspicion of negligent homicide. To clarify the accident, an appraiser was ordered, in addition, the body of the adolescent is to be autopsied.
