The Bar Association has imposed a ban on speaking ban on the Amsterdam criminal lawyers Bénédicte Ficq, Stijn Franken and Nico Meijering.

The Bar Association has imposed a ban on speaking ban on the Amsterdam criminal lawyers Bénédicte Ficq, Stijn Franken and Nico Meijering.

The Dean of the Order investigates Ficq for allegations of incitement to perjury and Franken for the abuse of a lawyer's telephone, reports De Telegraaf .

The Amsterdam lawyer Ficq is accused by Willem Holleeder of inciting perjury. Franks accuses Ficq of putting his client under unlawful pressure. This is evident from the 'Holleeder tape', which is broadcasted on television on Tuesday by Peter R. de Vries.

This concerns a confidential conversation between De Vries and Holleeder in 2011. The Amsterdam criminal confesses in the recorded conversation that Ficq wanted to force him into an exculpatory but lying statement about her client Dino Soerel.
