The camp, attended by 40 leading female members of the organization, aged 14 to 17 years, organized various workshops on self-leadership, the art of communication with others, self-development workshops and self-confidence, in line with the camp slogan The Foundation's vision is to strengthen the leadership skills of girls, to appreciate their talent, and to emphasize that the value of leadership is reflected in influencing others, inspiring them, and influencing an action that can only be done by a person of high self-esteem.

In a speech delivered at the ceremony, she addressed the honored girls. Hessa Bint Eissa Buhmayed praised Afaq Leadership Camp and said: "During the last four years, the camp has produced a group of outstanding leadership girls, who are proud of them and their participation in such prestigious camps that we believe in their value and importance. , And the positive impact it leaves in building generations and leaders of the future ». " The camp witnessed the allocation of a day of community service, with the aim of dedicating the values ​​of social work in the hearts of the participating girls. They were divided into four groups. Each group implemented its own voluntary humanitarian initiative in line with the objectives of the National Program for Tolerance. Community Service, the "Food Distribution for Workers" initiative, which came in cooperation with the Municipality of Sharjah City, during which various food was purchased and distributed to workers in the area around Al-Nour Mosque. And the "Patient Visit" initiative, which visited the sick girls at Al Qasimi Hospital in Sharjah, where they gave their support and sincere wishes for speedy recovery and a visit to the People's Assembly in the heart of Sharjah.
