While the second place achieved by Emirati poet Sheikha Al-Mutairi is the best result achieved by a poet in the final date of the competition.
The best result of a contestant in the history of the competition, in the previous seasons, was the fourth in the first season. It was for the poet Roda Al Haj, who finally announced her tenure as the Federal Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities in Sudan.
