UEFA revealed to German News Agency (DPA) today, Monday: "The match will be held as scheduled."
UEFA added that it will not make further comments on this matter, stressing that the teams adhere to the medical protocol of UEFA.
Yesterday, Sunday, Club Atlético de Madrid announced two cases of the new Corona virus in the team’s mission, but the identity of the injured was not revealed, while Spanish media reported that the injured were among the team’s players.
The Atlético de Madrid mission, which includes 93 people, had to postpone its travel to the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, which hosts the mini-tournament that decides the final rounds of the Champions League, which was scheduled for later Monday.
