“Installation of summer verandas in Moscow started this week, almost 3 thousand organizations got the right to host summer cafes,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
He emphasized that approximately the same number of summer cafes open in Moscow every year.
The opening date of summer cafes has not yet been determined, Efimov added.
Earlier, as reported by the Zvezda television channel, the First Deputy Committee of the State Duma for Education and Science, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Onishchenko expressed the opinion that restrictions on restaurants could be abandoned soon.
