In detail, the Committee to follow up the implementation of the initiatives of His Highness the President of the State reviewed a package of construction and development projects in different regions of the state, amounting to two billion dirhams, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, and support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and follow-up to His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.

The most prominent approved projects were building 379 homes in the Al-Khawaneej region in the Emirate of Dubai, between Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Street and Emirates Street, at a cost of 501 million dirhams.

The committee reviewed the developments of work progress in the Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital project in Fujairah, and is expected to end in February 2021, at a cost of 865.9 million dirhams, and the project - which covers an area of ​​83 thousand and 965 square meters - includes 292 beds, and the hospital is characterized by its high ability to deal with Disasters and major accidents.

The committee also approved in its meeting the implementation of two environmental projects, within the projects of integrated waste management in the emirates of the state, with a value of 119 million dirhams, the first is the rehabilitation of the Julphar landfill in Ras Al Khaimah, at a cost of 61.3 million dirhams, and the second is the establishment of a central wastewater treatment plant in Dibba Al-Fujairah , And rehabilitating landfills in the Al-Hail, Dadna, Al-Bidiyah and Al-Hallah areas in Fujairah, at a cost of 57.7 million dirhams.

The committee reviewed the project to rehabilitate the city's landfill in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, which was completed, at a cost of 29.3 million dirhams.

On another level, the committee approved road and lighting projects, networks and rainwater drainage stations, in different regions of the state, and its cost amounted to 503 million dirhams, including the construction of a new road to link the Sheikh Khalifa Road from the Maliha district through Madam to the Al-Shuwaib area (third stage), with 183 .1 million dirhams, and the completion of roads, lighting works, networks and rainwater drainage stations in different regions, at a value of 319.9 million dirhams.
