No more Netflix free trial! - Geeko

It seems that there is a change on the side of Netflix. The current leader in streaming services stops offering one month of free subscription to all new users. A new policy on which Netflix went well to communicate.

Several countries seem to be affected by the new management of the platform, notably France, Belgium and other European countries. The one-month free trial offer is still available in the United States, however.

Recently, the streaming platform has released an original film (the teen bluette To All The Boys I've Loved Before ) accessible to non-subscribers. Should we expect Netflix to repeat this offer more often to attract new subscribers instead of offering a month of free trial? It's a possibility.

Confident in the face of competition?

With the arrival of new major players in the streaming market, including Disney + and its upcoming launch on the old continent, Netflix may have revised its strategy to attract new subscribers. Right now, the free trial offer no longer seems to be the most enticing way to entice new users for Netflix.

To discover the service, you will now have to go through one of the paid subscriptions (7.99, 11.99 or 15.99 euros), or borrow a friend's account…
