At the beginning of the year, 15 departments in China jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying out Classified and Accurate Assistance to Improve the Quality of Development of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households", which proposed that in view of the characteristics of individual industrial and commercial households with a large number and wide range of interests and diversified interest demands, we must adhere to classified policies , and actively build a classified and precise assistance policy system.
