[Live] Netanyahu still opposed to “Palestinian sovereignty” in Gaza, scene of fierce fighting

While Israel concentrates its operations in the south of the Gaza Strip, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday, January 20, rejected American President Joe Biden's assertions on a two-state solution at the end of the conflict.

On Saturday evening, a base of the international coalition against Daesh was targeted in western Iraq.

24,927 people have been killed in Gaza 

since the start of the war on October 7.

The majority of the dead are women, adolescents and children.

There are more than 62,350 injured.

5:17 a.m.: [INTERNATIONAL REPORT] Iraqi Kurdistan on edge after Iranian strikes

Iran launched around ten ballistic missiles on the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan on a secret Israeli base.

Israeli base whose existence is contested by the Kurdish authorities.

Results of these strikes: four civilians killed, including an 11-month-old little girl.

Iraqi Kurdistan, which hosts American bases, is also economically dependent on Iran.

It is a dangerous balancing act that the Kurds must face.

In a tweet, the Israeli army claims to have targeted a Lebanese Hezbollah base in southern Lebanon on Saturday evening.
