At the same time, he noted that the impact on the Russian economy was less negative than in a number of other countries.

"Although in this, as a matter of fact, we managed to minimize it, and in general we passed with the least negative effect in comparison with a number of other countries," he added.

Earlier, Dmitry Peskov said that there are no plans to introduce new support measures for small and medium-sized businesses, given that the country's economy continues to function.
