The Ministry of Finance has clarified that the list of subsidies shall be announced by power grid companies. The specific process includes preliminary project review, confirmation by provincial competent authorities, project review, publicity and announcement.
Grid companies will form a list of subsidized projects for eligible projects after the review, and publish them on the website.
