The Treasury is not going to eliminate the VAT tax exemption that the concerted education enjoys, that is,

it will not apply a 21% tax

as had been considered and that had caused strong complaints from the sector.

Administration sources confirm to EL MUNDO that this point is no longer under discussion, and that now the work is focused on what to do with private education.

So far, there is no decision made in this second aspect.
