This is the first trial of paperless customs clearance for the entry declaration of exhibits in Shanghai Customs. Enterprises do not need to submit documents and materials at the customs site. They only need to upload the electronic documents through a single window, and the customs can conduct online review and release to realize the declaration and release. It is reported that Shanghai Customs has taken measures this year to set up special windows for the CIIE, paperless customs clearance, and rapid inspection and release to ensure the smooth customs clearance of exhibits at the third CIIE.
At present, after the first batch of exhibits are released by the customs, they will be temporarily stored in the warehouse, and vehicles will be arranged to be sent to the museum when they enter the exhibition hall.
Under the premise of normalized epidemic prevention and control, in order to do a good job in the transportation of the exhibits of this year's CIIE, the Import Expo Bureau and the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) have started arranging home transportation service providers to be stationed in early August this year.
